Dozens showed up to a budget meeting Thursday, upset and confused by the move.

One person, wearing a mask, went as far as to throw a bag of feces at the mayor. Police still haven't found the suspect.

In a statement, Mayor Rick Rector said the youth of our community deserve the very best.
