Determined ice skaters brave Albany's frigid temps

ALBANY - The frigid temps aren't stopping everyone from going outside. Among them, the people at the Empire State Plaza ice rink.

Skaters said it was a good way to enjoy the weather and get active.

A reminder, a "Code Blue" is in effect in Albany. If people are looking for a place to go, shelters are open. They could use donations -- including lots of warm winter clothes.
