One of the two men accused of killing 22-year-old Allyzibeth Lamont is expected in Saratoga County Court on Thursday.

James Duffy, 34, has pleaded not guilty in the case. He managed the Local No. 9 diner in Johnstown that 51-year-old Georgios Kakavelos owned. Lamont was an employee at the diner.

Lamont went missing after her shift in late October. Her body was found a few days later in Malta in a shallow grave.

Police say she died of blunt force trauma to the head.

Duffy is expected in court at 9 a.m.
