Trial delayed for man accused in Troy quadruple homicide

The trial of one of the men accused in a quadruple homicide in Troy will now be delayed.

James White appeared in Rensselaer County Court.

His attorney requested an adjournment, arguing that he has not had enough time to review the evidence provided by the prosecution.

The judge set the new trial date for September 9.

White's co-defendant, Justin Mann, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder earlier this month.
