The winning ticket was bought at Shop 'n Save at 2481 Route 9W in Ravena.

Stark says he went to the store to buy a frozen pizza for dinner. He went to the lottery vending machine to buy a ticket he's been lucky on lately, but it was sold out - so he bought this one.

He scratched it off the next morning, revealing the grand prize.

Stark says he will probably keep playing scratch-offs.

He will take home $3.3 million after taxes – and plans to continue working.
