Breault faces 25 years to life for allegedly stabbing Christopher Goss to death. Goss's body was found lifeless on a lawn in Queensbury in the early morning hours of May 24.

Police say he was stabbed with a large knife during a fight in a parking lot off Quaker and Ridge roads.

Breault pled not guilty on Wednesday.

When he was first arrested, Breault told NewsChannel 13's media partners at The Post-Star that he was acting in self-defense. His attorney couldn't comment on that.

Breault's girlfriend is charged with evidence tampering and hindering prosecution in connection with the case.
