The Glens Falls man accused of stabbing another man to death last month was arraigned on Wednesday afternoon.
Jesse Breault is charged with manslaughter and murder.
Breault faces 25 years to life for allegedly stabbing Christopher Goss to death. Goss's body was found lifeless on a lawn in Queensbury in the early morning hours of May 24.
Police say he was stabbed with a large knife during a fight in a parking lot off Quaker and Ridge roads.
Breault pled not guilty on Wednesday.
When he was first arrested, Breault told NewsChannel 13's media partners at The Post-Star that he was acting in self-defense. His attorney couldn't comment on that.
Breault's girlfriend is charged with evidence tampering and hindering prosecution in connection with the case.
