An Albany woman is locked up in the county jail, accused of calling in a bomb threat to the Department of Social Services.
Joanna Hetman, 54, is charged with making a terroristic threat.
Sheriff Craig Apple says Hetman called the commissioner's office and left a voicemail message saying she was going to blow up the entire building.
He says Hetman was also wanted by Albany police on a felony criminal mischief warrant.
