MASS MoCA director facing charges in deadly crash with motorcyclist

The director of MASS MoCA is facing motor vehicle homicide charges, nearly a year after hitting and killing a motorcyclist in North Adams. 

Joe Thompson says he's not guilty.

At the time of the crash, police said Thompson was headed north on a winding section of Church Street, when he collided with the biker heading south.

Thompson's lawyer tells NewsChannel 13's media partners at The Berkshire Eagle that police confirmed he hadn't consumed alcohol and was not on his cell phone, but pursued charges anyway.
