Johnstown Superintendent leaving district

The Greater Johnstown School District is losing its superintendent.    

Dr. Patricia Kilburn has been named district superintendent at Oneida Herkimer Madison BOCES.

She will end her tenure at Johnstown on September 29th.    

During her two years as superintendent, the district approved tax increases above the state limit, and completed a 39 million dollar capital project.
