Man cleared in UAlbany student's hazing death

A man charged in a UAlbany student's hazing death has been cleared.

Joseph Angilletta was found not guilty of a hazing charge in Albany County Court last week.

He was one of eight people charged in connection with Trevor Duffy's death back in 2014.

Police say Duffy drank a bottle of vodka as part of an initiation into an unsanctioned fraternity.

He had a blood alcohol level of .58 percent when he died.
