Connecticut man facing DWI charges in Warren County

Police in Warren County say a man was driving drunk and nearly hit a patrol car.

Joseph Naylor of Connecticut is charged. Police say his blood alcohol content was .20 percent, more than twice the legal limit.

He was taken into custody after police say he drove along the shoulder and nearly hit a patrol car on Route 9 in Lake George.
