Former Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake student sentenced for threats to school

The former student who made threats to Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake School will spend one to three years behind bars.

Joseph Rossi was sentenced on Tuesday morning.

He pleaded guilty to posting pictures and videos on Snapchat, threatening Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Central Schools nearly one year ago.

He was 20 years old at the time.
