Man accused of killing pet Chihuahua in Warren County

QUEENSBURY - A Queensbury man is accused of hurting a dog so badly, it had to be put to sleep.

Joshua Millington, 38, is now charged with aggravated animal cruelty.

Investigators say he became upset with the family's pet Chihuahua and threw it against a wall.

Millington is also charged with child endangerment, because it allegedly happened while a 14-year-old child looked on.

He due back in court October 8.
