Judge allows controversial sale of Berkshire Museum artwork

PITTSFIELD, Mass. - A judge has ruled that the Berkshire Museum can go ahead with plans to sell off artworks.

That's according to NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Berkshire Eagle.

That artwork includes two iconic Norman Rockwell paintings.

This decision comes nearly four months after trustees announced a new direction for the museum.

It plans to use the money from the sales to expand its endowment.
