Jury selection to begin in dog shooting trial

Jury selection is scheduled to begin on Monday in the trial of a Glens Falls man accused of shooting and killing a dog with a shotgun.    

Joshua Marcantonio is accused of firing a 12-gauge gun into a home on Charlotte Street in Glens Falls last May.

NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Post-Star report he rejected a reworked plea deal that would require him to plead guilty to felony criminal possession of a weapon and misdemeanor animal cruelty.
