Jury selection, which got underway on Monday, continues Tuesday in the murder trial of Daniel Nellis. He's accused of killing 21-year old Michaela MacVilla last fall.

MacVilla was last seen September 25, leaving the Stewart's Shop in St. Johnsville where she worked. Her body was found a week later.

An autopsy found MacVilla was shot in the head.
