An Albany man will spend up to seven years in state prison after driving drunk and causing a car crash.

Justin Balicki was sentenced in Albany County Court Thursday morning.

Police say in May, he was driving in Guilderland when he hit another vehicle head-on. The driver of that car suffered a broken elbow, wrist, collarbone and foot.

Balicki was driving with a blood alcohol content more than three times the legal limit.
