Halfmoon pair charged with animal cruelty

HALFMOON - Two people in Halfmoon are facing animal cruelty charges.

Kayla Robinson and Eduardo Medina are accused of failing to provide sustenance for a canine, after Saratoga County sheriff's deputies say they got a call about a neglected dog at a home on Firehouse Road.

They also allege the two left the dog in inhumane conditions.

The animal was taken to a shelter, where NewsChannel 13 is told it is doing okay.
