Man charged with robbing Rotterdam store at knifepoint

Rotterdam police have charged a man from Schenectady with robbery and criminal possession of a weapon.

They say Keith Mancini entered the Cricket Wireless store on Altamont Avenue Tuesday morning armed with a knife. He ordered a female clerk into the back room and tied her up.

Investigators say Mancini stole cash and took off on foot.

Authorities say they tracked him using surveillance cameras and located him in Schenectady.
