SARATOGA SPRINGS - Despite the rain, Kelly's Angels were running for the right reason Sunday in Saratoga Spa State Park.
It was the 7th annual "Mother-Lovin 5K."
It's put on by Kelly's Angels, which is named after Kelly Mulholland, who died of breast cancer in 2007 at age 37.
Kelly's husband, NewsChannel 13's Mark Mulholland, founded the not-for-profit in memory of his wife.
The fundraising event provides scholarships and fun grants to children who have lost a loved one to cancer.
If you couldn't make it to the race, you can still donate at the link below.
