Central Bridge man convicted in fatal stabbing of neighbor

A man from Central Bridge was found guilty of manslaughter on Thursday.

A Schoharie County jury convicted Kevin Hodgins for the fatal stabbing of his neighbor, Zachary George.

The two men got into an argument in their apartment house on Church Street, back in April. Hodgins pulled out a knife and stabbed George in the neck.

The jury rejected Hodgins' claim that he was acting in self-defense.
