Wife of driver in Schoharie limo crash admits to welfare fraud

The wife of the limo driver involved in the deadly limousine crash in Schoharie pleaded guilty to a felony charge on Wednesday.

NewsChannel 13's media partners at The Post-Star report Kim Lisinicchia admitted to welfare fraud in Warren County Court.


She received more than $24,000 in public assistance by not reporting her late husband's income while he was still alive.

She was sentenced to five years' probation and ordered to pay restitution.
