California man charged with DWI after Queensbury crash

QUEENSBURY - Drunken driving is among the charges a California man is facing after a crash in Queensbury.

It happened just before 5 a.m. Sunday.

Police say Kyle Hudson was driving drunk when he sped through the traffic circle at Dixon and Aviation roads.

Police say Hudson mowed down two signs, jumped a ditch and landed in the woods. He said he did not anticipate the traffic circle and drove right through it.

Police say his blood alcohol level was .20 percent.
