June 03, 2018 01:32 PM

It's an innovative presentation of a masterwork that can still stir controversy, more than a century after its creation -- "La Ronde"

The Troy Foundry Theatre is performing the play in the Collar City, in a production where audience members are free to roam the theatrical space at the historic Frear House on 113 Second Street.

The Theatre's Executive Director Emily Curro, and Artistic Director David Girard, spoke to Dan about their appreciation for "La Ronde", and their inspiration for taking such a unique approach to its staging.

Remaining performances of the play are from June 7-9, each beginning at 8:00 pm. Space each night is limited to the first 50 guests.
