Residents in the Shenendehowa Central School District are voting on a land sale Tuesday.
The town of Clifton Park wants to buy 34 acres from the school district for $1.1 million.
Back in April, residents voted down the school board's plan to sell the land to a developer. The town is vowing to keep it in the public domain.
Polls were scheduled to be open until 9 p.m.
