Lawyer's health issues stall high-profile criminal cases in Warren County

Health issues for a prominent local defense attorney have stalled two high-profile criminal cases in Warren County Court. One of those cases is that of the former director of the Lake George Watershed Coalition.

David Decker is accused of stealing more than $440,000 in grant funding meant for environmental projects.

It's not clear when Decker's attorney will be able to return to work. Unless he can find a new attorney, his trial date will remain up in the air.
