Albany man sentenced after January shooting

An Albany man is headed to prison for up to seven years, after a shooting in the city.

Leshawn Kittle, 25, pleaded guilty Wednesday to attempted assault.

Back in January, Kittle shot a man in the leg after they got into an argument. The man was hit in the leg and survived.

Kittle was already on parole at the time of the shooting. He was sentenced Wednesday.
