The attorney for the company involved in the Schoharie limo crash says limo company operator Nauman Hussain submitted a DNA sample a few days ago in the case.
It will be compared to DNA material found on a crumpled up DOT sticker found in Hussain's personal vehicle.
It's believed that crumpled up sticker was an out of service sticker that may have been removed from the limousine involved in the crash.
