Schoharie crash defense attorney to finally get look at limo wreckage

Attorney Lee Kindlon tells NewsChannel 13 he will finally get a look at the wreckage in the Schoharie limo crash this week.

He is defending the operator of the limo company, Nauman Hussain.

Hussain is accused of failing to properly maintain the limousine and ignoring violations from the state.

Kindlon says because it took so long for him to get access to the wreckage, he wants Hussain's trial to be delayed by 60 days.
