Looking back at Albany police chief's June remarks on possible bias

When NewsChannel 13 spoke with the police chiefs of Troy, Schenectady and Albany in June, Albany Police Chief Eric Hawkins first expressed that there was bias within the Albany Police Department.

He also expressed the importance of disciplinary actions for officers when it was apparent that an officer had committed an egregious act.
