December 11, 2018 06:12 PM

"Luna," a dog from Troy, will have to wait a little longer to learn her fate.

Lawyers for Luna met with a judge at the Rensselaer County Courthouse on Tuesday. There was no outcome of the meeting on whether the dog will be euthanized or not, but another meeting is scheduled for next Tuesday.

Luna was ordered to be euthanized after a hearing in Troy City Court, following an incident in which she bit another dog and that dog's owner.

Last month, a Rensselaer County Court judge ordered a stay and since then, Luna has been at the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society.
