Names released in deadly Malta crash

The name of the person killed in a deadly, two-car crash in Malta on Sunday has been released.

It happened near the Malta Drive-In.

Police say 46-year-old Kelly Leonardi of Niskayuna was driving and went into the southbound lane, hitting a pick-up, head on. She was airlifted to Albany Medical Center.

Her passenger, 49-year-old John Stevens of Saratoga Springs was killed in the crash.

The driver of the pick-up truck and his passenger were taken to Albany Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

State police are still investigating.
