A Cambridge man is facing several charges.

Police say he stole a purse from a teacher's car at Cambridge Central School, then used a stolen credit card to buy cigarettes and coffee.

They say 21-year-old Nathan Kupiec was arrested on Jan. 10, after the victim’s credit card was used at a store in Cambridge and Bennington, Vermont.

Deputies say he also had the prescription drug suboxone without a prescription when he was arrested.

NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Post-Star report that Kupiec is charged with felony grand larceny, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and petit larceny.
