Milton man accused of threatening town highway employee

A Milton man is under arrest, accused of threatening a town highway employee with a gun Tuesday morning at the Stewart's shop on Geyser Road.

John Palus was charged with menacing in the second-degree.

Police say Palus is familiar with the man he's accused of threatening, but they're not sure what the dispute was over.

Palus was issued an appearance ticket and will be ordered to hand over his weapons.
