A man accused of killing his ex-girlfriend, pleaded guilty in court.

Michael Boulais admitted his guilt, just as his trial was about to begin.

He pleaded guilty to shooting his ex-girlfriend, Kassedi Clark, in the driveway of his home in Hinsdale in April 2018.

NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Berkshire Eagle report Boulais was waiting for his ex with a gun that night, and when they got into an argument, he shot her multiple times in the head and chest.

She was 24 years old. The couple had four children together.

Boulais was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
