The Boy Scouts of America and Glens Falls School District are facing a new lawsuit.

The lawsuit claims they both turned a blind eye to repeated sexual abuse of a boy in the 1950s.

The lawsuit was filed last week in Warren County court under the State Child Victims Act.

NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Post-Star report a man, using the pseudonym John Doe, claims he was “repeatedly sexually abused” by Scouts during outings and by fellow Glens Falls students in the school.

Neither the Boy Scouts of America nor Glens Falls School District officials would comment on the lawsuit.
