Man who tried to set rabbit on fire in Albany headed to prison

ALBANY - A man who poured gasoline on a caged rabbit in Albany and then tried to torch the home where it was is heading to prison.

Marcus Rios, 25, received 12 ½ years in prison and five years post-release supervision.

It happened on Providence Street in July 2017.

The rabbit received minor injuries but wasn't burned. A family inside was able to get out safely.
