Maria Lentini was back in Saratoga County Court on Wednesday. She was convicted last year of leaving the scene of a fatal hit and run crash in Halfmoon and sentenced to four years in prison.

Last week, a state Appeals Court ruled Lentini should get a new trial. That's expected to begin on July 23.
