Marijuana growing operation found in Delmar home

DELMAR - Bethlehem police say they discovered a marijuana growing operation in Delmar.

When they searched the home on Longmeadow Drive Friday, they say they also found weapons including a knife, five swords, several daggers and a bulletproof vest.

Joseph Martin and Daniel Johnson, both of Delmar, are charged with criminal possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a weapon. They were both sent to the Albany County Jail on $5,000 bail.
