Montgomery County dentist sentenced to prison

A Montgomery County dentist is heading to prison.

Dr. Martin Sorbero was sentenced Wednesday to one and a third to four years behind bars.

He stole $11,000 by forging a patient's signature on a care credit application. He also then falsely reported he completed dental work on that patient.

Sorbero was also fined $10,000 and had to pay restitution.
