Troy man arrested after Halloween gunfire

Troy police arrest a man they say gave some people a real-life scare on Halloween.

Mashawn Andrews, 24, is accused of firing a gun near 118th Street and 2nd Avenue in Lansingburgh that afternoon.

Andrews was arrested in the back of 65 2nd Avenue on Sunday. He faces charges including reckless endangerment and weapons possession.

No one was hurt, but a small with people inside was struck and damaged.
