Police say a majority of the alcohol was malt liquor. A bag with what is believed to be cocaine was also found.

Massachusetts law prohibits transporting more than 20 gallons of a malt beverage or three gallons of any alcoholic beverages at a time, without a permit or license for alcohol transportation.

Police say Loyola was planning to sell the alcohol.

He is due in court on Tuesday.
