Another death caused by a vaping-related illness has been reported in the United States. The latest death is in Massachusetts, right outside Berkshire County. It’s the state's first vaping-related death.

The Massachusetts State Department of Health says a woman in her 60s died.

She’s now among the 121 people who have died from vaping-related illnesses.

Gov. Charlie Baker has declared a public health emergency and imposed a four-month statewide ban on sales of vaping products

That ban is being challenged in federal and state court.
