Massive dog food recall

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Food and Drug Administration has a warning for dog owners about several popular brands of dog food. The food may have potentially toxic amounts of Vitamin D.

The makers of at least 11 different brands are recalling their products.

Lab results showed the food had as much as 70 times the safe amount of Vitamin D.

The brands with recalls include Elm Pet Foods, Evolve Dry Dog Food, Triumph, Natural Life, and Nature's Promise.
