Warren County inmate accused of violating protection orders from jail

An inmate in the Warren County Jail is facing new charges, accused of violating protection orders from jail.

The Warren County Sheriff's Office says 49-year-old Matthew Kelly Sparks made contact by phone and mail with multiple people who have active orders of protection against him. Those orders say he is not to have any contact with those people.

The sheriff's department filed two counts of felony criminal contempt.
