Troopers say the town of Mayfield highway superintendent used his position to steal 10 tons of stone for his own driveway.

Melvin Dopp, 54, was arrested for official misconduct and theft of services. Troopers say he used town employees and town equipment to load and haul the stone from town property to his driveway.
