Michael Fuschino, the area man whose criminal career spans three decades, is headed back to jail.

A Warren County Judge sentenced Fuschino to nine months in jail for burglary for entering a Walmart store that he was banned from.

Warren County District Attorney Jason Carusone says Fuschino also had to pay for the candy bars he stole from Walmart.

Fuschino went to state prison in the 1990s for stalking a Ballston Spa woman and having her obituary published in the paper.

He's been arrested many times since then -- including an incident where he had the utilities shut off at Albany businesses that refused to allow him in.
