There's been a mistrial in the sex abuse trial of a former radio DJ.

Jurors were deadlocked in Brian Angelo's trial after three days of deliberations. The judge called it a mistrial and sent the jury home.

Angelo is better known as DJ IROC. He was facing a charge of sexual conduct against a child, but jurors couldn't reach an agreement.

NewsChannel 13 spoke with the Albany County District Attorney's Office late Tuesday afternoon. They say the case will be retried on March 9. It will be the same judge with a new jury.
