Mistrial declared in case of camp counselor charged with sexually abusing young boys

A judge in Warren County has declared a mistrial in the case of a camp counselor accused of molesting nine young boys.

NewsChannel 13 was in the courtroom on Wednesday for opening statements in the trial of Dylan Stolz.

NewsChannel 13's media partners at The Post-Star report a young boy who was scheduled to testify on Thursday admitted he had copied the allegations of other boys.

Prosecutors will now re-interview the other accusers and then decide whether to pursue another trial.
